Role Description:

We are currently looking for Sales professionals to join us in Dublin representing Dropbox on their B2B with the already existing clients over the phone, chat, and E-mail in order to upgrade or renew products using your cross-selling and up-selling skills. As a member of this team, you will build influential relationships with business customers leading to increased revenue.


To Get in touch with the already existing clients and up-sell / upgrade the product from the pre-existing leads For EMEA Region.
Strict adherence to established sales processes
Engage in solutions-based business-level conversations to influence customers
Maintain a current, comprehensive knowledge of client’s products and services
Use a number of efficiency and relationship management tools effectively
Build and maintain appropriate individual sales pipeline

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

3 Years + proven success of exceptional sales attainment required in a quota-driven environment
Exposure to direct sales experience; telesales or B2B sales experience preferred, Fluency in English and Swedish or Norwegian or Danish or Finnish (Read, Write & Speak)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written) including outstanding telephone presence
Self-motivated and accountable, combined with a strong sense of teamwork outstanding attention to detail
A passion for sales with proven success in sales attainment
Tech-savvy with an affinity for innovative and emerging technology IT, software, or cloud sales experience preferred
Online Demand Marketing awareness, understanding the modern“Inside Sales Playbook”.

Salary: €40,000.00 to €47,000.00 /year
